I missed eating at a local restaurant called Aboy's in Bacolod City, the Philippines (where i came from). It is the kind of restaurant that serves delicious "heavenly tasting" Filipino Food. The most popular dish that costumers would keep on coming back for is the grilled BLUE MARLIN or what we would call in the vernacular, "Manumbok". The succulent taste is just simply beyond me. I can go on and on describing why i enjoy eating this kind of dish, however unless you could actually get the chance to travel to Bacolod City and look for Aboy's Restaurant and ask for the "Manumbok" you will never appreciate it the way i do.

I'm thinking of something else that is indescribable, and cannot be appreciated unless one takes the journey. There is something truely deeper in what you say.
First hand.
